As we have kept key questions consistent over the years, we can now identify trends for the first time. In the new SELECT Operator Monitor, we translate the findings into five investment theses for hotel real estate. The publication is complemented by a short interview providing a perspective on the hotel operator market from an investment practitioner\u2019s point of view.
